We are excited to announce that our offerings for 2020-21 are now live. Our team have been working hard to innovate our existing programmes, and create new offerings based on feedback and collaboration with you.

 

 

During these challenging times we have been so grateful for the response we’ve had from staff and students to the adaptations we’ve made to move some of our delivery online. From student training to staff workshops and multi-day audits to focus groups, we’ve been so glad to continue coming together to advance sustainability in education. The coming months are uncertain for many, but we are glad that, with you, we’ve proven that action on sustainability continues to be important for the staff and students engaged in our work. 

 

This year, we have three types of offering...

 

EDUCATION AND ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMMES:

 

We are continuing to run our well-established staff and student programmes: Green Impact, Student Switch Off, Responsible Futures, Alcohol Impact, Fairtrade Universities and Colleges, and For Good.

 

New for this year is our Student Eats offering which brings a wealth of expertise on student food enterprises and creation of no dig food growing sites.

 

Do make sure that you check out all the bolt-ons available for our programmes, as there are some exciting new ones and a number of which can be added at no additional cost!

 

CONSULTANCY:

 

We regularly work with universities, colleges, students’ unions, and sector organisations to design support specific to your organisation’s needs. These have ranged from one-day consultancy to month long support packages.

LEARNING ACADEMY:

 

We are excited to introduce our new hub of learning and development, with a range of opportunities designed to progress sustainability across the education sector. The SOS-UK team has extensive wealth of experience of delivering workshops and training on a huge range of topics from Carbon Literacy through to alcohol awareness, and campaign planning through to curriculum auditing.
