Students' unions: win up to £3,000 for a wholefoods zero-waste kit!

Our Student Eats programme is offering students’ unions the opportunity to work with students to set up a wholefoods social enterprise and win a zero-waste kit for your shop.

Winning applicants will receive:

  • Up to £3,000 paid as expenses to spend on a wholefood zero waste kit from NUS approved suppliers. This will include gravity bins, scoops etc for selling at least 20 different wholefood products.
  • Access to an exclusive online event on 16th June 2020 to talk to students and staff from Keele University about how they jointly set up and maintained ‘Weigh To Go’ in their SU shop. You will also have the opportunity to hear from NUS approved wholefoods and gravity bin suppliers.
  • Membership of the Student Eats enterprise network of over 60 food enterprises on campuses across the UK including enterprise support.

Please note that due to COVID-19, and the uncertainity it has created for many SUs including the start date of the new academic year, we will be flexible where possible with the deadlines stated in the application form.
